Made at home

I decided to make a few blog posts of  the food I eat at home.  This is the first of the series, so enjoy!

Not long ago my helper made this at home: a Banana Cream Cake.  The cake was delicious.  Its taste touched lightly on many fragrant spices, such as cinnamon, and the whip cream was perfect.  The cake itself was moist, tender, and enjoyable.

Crepes!  Often when you eat crepes outside they are either quite costly or small in portion size.  Of course there are ones that are quite simple, and yet delicious.  In Hong Kong it is especially hard to find a good savory crepe. At home we have a crepe pan to make the perfect batter and the ingredients to make a relatively extravagant crepe.  Oh, the chewy buckwheat crepe with oozing egg , ham, and melted gruyere and emmenthal cheese was absolutely wonderful and exciting.

Just a taste of the food at my home.  Watch out  for the next “Made at home” post!
